shape. They package fresh, refrigerated, retort or frozen food
products at a full range of output rates. Ross MAP and VSP systems

greater seal integrity and extended shelf life. They are perfect

cheese packaging.
Modified atmosphere packaging machine will air in the original
packaging vacuum, filling the according to certain proportion of
mixed gas (nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide) to be packaged foods
fresh protection, effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria
(microbial), reducing the speed of the metabolism of fresh fruits
and vegetables, so as to extend the freshness and shelf life of
food.Air conditioning fresh-keeping gas is generally composed of
carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrogen (N2), oxygen (O2) and a small amount
of special gas.Different food fruits and vegetables, preservation
gas composition and proportion are also different.

What is an effective MAP machine?
1. The air must be drained:
It is usually visualized by the amount of residual oxygen, and 100%
nitrogen is charged for residual oxygen analysis. If it can
guarantee that the residual oxygen content of each batch is below
0.5%, it is an effective air-conditioning machine.
2. Accurate gas ratio: If red meat is 20% CO2+80% O2 for map, then
the detected carbon dioxide should not exceed 18%~22%, otherwise
the product stability can not be guaranteed.
3. Seal:The seal must be tight, and once there is a leak, there
will be no effect of keeping the atmosphere fresh.
